You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns of opened items within 14 days if the product doesn't meet your expectations or is defective.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  4. Package the item securely with all the original packaging materials, manuals, and accessories.
  5. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  6. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. For payments made by check or money order, refunds will be issued by check.

Refunds include the purchase price of the product and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
